A conspiracy thriller set at the bottom of Nova Scotia’s legendary Oak Island Money Pit.
Father Alex Gunn left the Army for the priesthood, but he never lost a soldier’s instincts. When his grandfather’s death draws him back to Oak Island, what starts as a favor becomes the last leg of a two-hundred-year treasure hunt.
What he and archaeologist Katryn Vialle find beneath the island isn’t gold. It’s a Templar-era relic capable of rewriting Christian history, guarded by the Order of the Pentad: five men on five continents who have spent centuries making sure no one ever finds it.
As the Pentad moves to bury the discovery and everyone connected to it, a hurricane closes off Alex’s last way out. Faith, trust and survival collide in a fight that reaches from the Money Pit to the Vatican’s own conclave.
